Purchasing products
When you buy our products, the purchase follows these terms. The contract of sale is formed when we send the order confirmation email.
Purchase limits
Depending on supply, we may set purchase limits. If we find an order that exceeds a limit, we reserve the right to cancel the portion above it.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons on the customer's side. If a product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will accept a return or exchange.
Changes to, interruption of, and suspension of the services
We may suspend these services for reasons such as system maintenance, natural disasters or faults.

Please note that there may be slight differences in colour between product images and the actual product. Beyond the guarantee set out under "Returns, exchanges and cancellations", we take no responsibility for product quality.
