Yu-Packet: ¥200 (tax incl.) nationwide
Yu-Pack: ¥800 (tax incl.) nationwide; ¥1,500 (tax incl.) for Hokkaido and Okinawa
Domestic shipping is free on orders of ¥13,000 (tax incl.) or more.
Orders outside Japan ship by EMS (Japan Post): ¥3,000 to Asia, ¥5,000 elsewhere.
Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included, and are the customer's responsibility.

■When payment is taken
For credit card payments, payment is confirmed when the order is placed.

■Delivery
We ship within 1–3 business days after an order is confirmed.

■Returns, exchanges and cancellations

- If there is a fault with the product
If a product is defective, or the wrong item was sent, we will accept a return or exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
*If we have no stock for an exchange, we will process a return and refund.

- We cannot accept a return, exchange or cancellation when:
・More than 7 days have passed since delivery
・The product has been used
・Accessories have been lost or damaged after delivery
・The product has been scratched or soiled after delivery
