■Shipping
We ship within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active.

■Orders shipped within Japan
Sent by Japan Post.
Picks: Yu-Packet, changing to Yu-Pack depending on quantity.
Everything else: Yu-Pack

■Shipping charges
Yu-Packet: ¥200 (tax incl.) nationwide
Yu-Pack: ¥800 (tax incl.) nationwide; ¥1,500 (tax incl.) for Hokkaido and Okinawa
Domestic shipping is free on orders of ¥13,000 (tax incl.) or more.

■Orders shipped outside Japan
Asia: ¥3,000
Outside Asia: ¥5,000
Sent by EMS (Japan Post).
Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the product price or the shipping fee, and are the customer's responsibility.

■Changes to an order or delivery address
An order is final once we send the tracking number, and we cannot change its contents after that.
As a rule, we also cannot change the delivery address once an order is confirmed.
If the product has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly. (The carrier and tracking number are in the shipping confirmation email.)
If redelivery is needed for reasons on the customer's side, we will charge the additional shipping.
